Cylinder blast at Keshtopur market left 9 individuals injured

  • Blast at Keshtopur originated from a fast-food shop housing a gas cylinder, causing significant damage to the shop's shutter and injuring nine individuals
  • Following the explosion, flames emerged, heightening the intensity of the situation and prompting the arrival of two fire engines to control the fire
  • Authorities, including a substantial police force, are investigating the incident to determine the cause of the gas cylinder explosion

Cylinder blast at Keshtopur market left 9 individuals injured

At approximately 1 pm on Thursday, chaos erupted in Kestopur Ravindrapalli market as a deafening explosion echoed through the area. The source of the blast was identified as a closed shop, where a gas cylinder had exploded, shattering the entire shutter into pieces.

The explosion left nine people injured, two of whom are reported to be in critical condition. Subsequently, flames erupted from the shop, adding to the chaos.

Investigation underway.
